Group Health and Safety

SpringHill Guest Group Health and Safety

In order to keep our guests healthy and safe while on property, we have implemented new protocol. At SpringHill our top priority will always be the wellness of our guests, and we are committed to following all state guidelines and will continue to look to the CDC and American Camping Association for new health protocols in light of COVID-19.

Pre-arrival procedures and communication

  • We will communicate what guests should expect upon arrival including a health screening and check-in procedure
  • Social distancing will be required
  • We ask that guests begin taking their temperature 14 days prior to arriving on proprty. Those results should be logged either on paper or in a phone and brought to camp.
  • We also ask that guests limit travel and being in large groups over 50 for two weeks prior to arrival. This is highly recommended.

Guests must be fever-free for 14 days prior to arrival. If within the 14-day temperature check period a fever is higher than 100.4 degrees, we ask that guests do not arrive on scheduled arrival day unless they have tested negative for COVID-19 and can provide those test results upon arrival.
