Scholarships generally cover part of the cost of the experience, but not the entire cost.
For overnight camp, most scholarships cover 35%-75% of tuition.
For Day Camp programs most scholarships reduce the cost of the camp experience to $249.
We are not able to apply discounts on top of Financial Aid.
If a discount will reduce the cost more than your eligible financial aid, we will apply that. Whichever will reduce the cost the most.
Scholarships are made possible through generous donations from individuals, churches, and organizations.
Any child with financial need is eligible. Financial need is determined by the total household income, and the number of members within the household.
Special circumstances are taken under consideration as well.
Kids may only receive 1 scholarship per year.
No. We prefer that you register your child and pay the camp deposit prior to completing the Financial Aid request form.
If for any reason your request for Financial Aid is denied, your deposit can be refunded.
There are no restrictions on what weeks kids receiving Financial Aid can attend. All camps are first come first served, so we recommend you register and pay the deposit prior to completing the financial aid form.
Our goal is to make a decision within a week of receiving each request. Once a decision has been made on your request, someone from our team will call or email you to let you know if you are receiving financial aid, and for how much. They will be able to walk you through next steps at that time.
